The young girl in the photo’s name is Bethany Markowski. Bethany was only 11 years old when she had gone missing.
Bethany’s parents have been in the middle of a rough divorce, and reports have suggested he was abusive, now I’m unsure of the extent of that and the truth behind that due to there are no official police report to back that up, just to be clear. I should also be clear that he is not in anyway a suspect, just a person of interest.
On the afternoon of March 4, 2001, Bethany and her father were on their way back from Arkansas, and Bethany had to use the restroom so they had to make stop in Jackson, Tennessee. The old hickory shopping mall. Bethany had gone inside and her father had stayed in the van and closed his eyes. 2 hours had passed and no sign of Bethany.
I hate to ask the question, but did she even enter the mall?

How did Bethany disappear?
